Question

When trying to configure how Final Average is computed in Vision SIS, there is not an option to use MAV (semester 1 average) or S2A (semester 2 average) to compute FAV (final average). How can this be configured?

Answer
  1. Log into Vision SIS with Staff-level permissions.

  2. Review the settings for MAV, S2A and FAV in Set Marking Period Dates (Grade Book > Setup Functions). Each of these marking periods has to be set for FGE Only. FGE meaning final grade entry.
