Discipline Statistical Summary Report
Summary of Report: A student based report that will allow you to get a matrix-like summary of the occurrences of any set of infractions, actions, or incidents over any range of dates. The report will allow you to choose between infractions, actions & incidents, and to specify which codes to cover. The report prints a grand total for each infraction/action of the occurrences over the range of dates you have selected. In addition you can select to have the totals broken down by month, by year of graduation, and/or by gender.
Discipline Historical Summary Report
The report provides a multi-year historical summary of a student’s discipline record. The report includes key Infraction and Action details as well as optional year-by-year and/or grand totals. It will print in landscape mode Summary of Report:
Summary of Report: This operation allows you to print labels that contain a variety of Grade Reporting data (Courses, Grades, Grade Point Average, Class Rank, etc.) from the current year.
Summary of Report: Use this job to print Permanent Transcripts which contains multiple years of a course, grades, credits and attendance summary data. A variety of user selectable student biographical data, school information and other grade reporting data such as honor roll, credits, gpa, class rank, and testing and assessment information are also available.
Grade Distribution Reports
Summary of Report: The Grade Distribution by Course report gives you the capability of printing the percentage of grades that each of your teachers have given for each course they teach. The absolute number of each grade given is also printed. You can run this report for individual teachers or the whole staff.
Teacher Grade Distribution Reports
Report Summary: The Teacher Grade Distribution Report summarizes the grades given by each teacher. The report shows the percentage of A's, percentage of B's, and so on, that each teacher has given.
Graduation Requirements Report
Report Summary: The report lists students who do not meet graduation requirements, or students who are on-track to meet these requirements based on their year of graduation. You can report on all students or just students who are deficient in credits by department. The department summary includes credits needed, earned, enrolled and needed. The course detail can show up to 4 grades per course and is organized by department.

Report Summary: End of year printing of Subject report cards, skills report cards and/or standards report cards.
Failure/Missing Grades Report

Report Summary: The Failure Report will check the Valid Grades List for which grades are considered failing grades and will list any students who received a failing grade in the grade field selected. The report will print only the courses in which the student received a failing grade. It will include all grades the student has received in the course.
The Missing Grade Report will allow you to get a quick list of students who did not receive a grade in a selected grade field. This is a useful report to print after grades have been keyed in or scanned to quickly spot courses that may have been missed.
The Report for Selected Grade will allow you to get a list of all students who received a particular grade in the grade field selected, such as an incomplete.
Report Summary: Print Statements to send home to the parents that reflect the status of their account. You can base Statements on a selection of debit/credit codes. Only students with the codes you select will print. You may base the report on your selection of debit codes and minimum/maximum debit balances. The report starting and ending dates determine which debits print, the balance forward, and account balance. There is an option to include only transactions for the currently active school year. Statements include all debit and credit entries. Invoices include only debit entries. Receipts include only credit entries. If you select to group family members together, the student's transactions will be grouped and combined into one report per family. Statements can be emailed as well.
Account Summary Totals Report
Report Summary: The Account Summaries/Totals Report includes an itemized credit/debit listing with totals, grand totals and a breakdown by code. You can run this report at any time to see who owes, or should receive, a certain amount of money as of a specified date. You have the option to group family members when printing the report. This report is based on the report dates, specified codes, or/and students with a specified credit or debit balance. You can run this report at the end of each quarter/term to get a permanent hard copy printout of the data that has been recorded for the quarter/term.
Report Summary: You choose the date on which to base account aging, whether to group family members in the report and whether to include all credit/debit codes or a selection of those codes. You may limit the report to a minimum debit balance. You may limit the report to a specific aging category such as over 30/60/90 days.
Student Record Listing
Report Summary: Prints out students’ entire fee tracking record. You can include the student's: Debit/Credits records, Closed Debit/Credit records, Transaction Notes, Pending Transactions and Student Billing Templates. You can select whether or not to print siblings together, start a new page between students, or print parent’s name, address, and telephone number.
All NCLB Reports should run in the all student filter.
School Enrollment Report by Group
Report Summary: This report shows the number of students enrolled on the selected date by gender, ethnicity and each of 4 subgroups (Economically Disadvantaged, Migrant, English Language Learner and Special Education).
ADM/ADA Report by Group
Report Summary: This report is capable of calculating Average Daily Membership (ADM), Average Daily Attendance (ADA), and Percent Attendance for each of the following categories: gender, race/ethnicity, economically disadvantaged, migrant, English language learner, special education, grade level, and homeroom.
Dropout Report by Group
Report Summary: This report shows the number of students who have dropped out on or before the selected date by gender, ethnicity and each of 4 subgroups (Economically Disadvantaged, Migrant, English Language Learner and Special Education ).
Assessment Score Summary Report
Report Summary: This report calculates test score achievement by gender, ethnicity and each of 4 subgroups (Economically Disadvantaged, Migrant, English Language Learner and Special Education). The report prints the total and percentage of each group whose scores are Below Basic, Basic, Proficient, Advanced and a combined Proficient/Advanced figure. You specify both the MMS data field that contains student test scores and specify score proficiency ranges.
Calendar Analysis Report
Report Summary: This report allows you to analyze absence patterns over the course of the school year. For each date the report lists the school's enrollment, possible sessions, unexcused absences, excused absences, total absences and percent attendance. The report helps you to identify dates that commonly show higher than average absences, and to use that information in planning the calendar for upcoming years.
Highly Qualified Teacher Summary Report
Report Summary: As part of NCLB, schools need to track which teachers (and/or paraprofessional staff) are considered ‘highly qualified.’ Use the Highly Qualified Teacher Summary Report to print the highly qualified statuses -- Yes, No, or No Entry -- for teachers and to view totals & percentages. The report will print totals for the following: Total Teachers Reported, Number Highly Qualified, Number Not Highly Qualified, and Percent Highly Qualified. You can print the report for all teachers or may limit the report to any of those individual statuses. Additionally, you can print the certification and degree information for each teacher in the report.
There might be state specific reports that also need to be run depending on your state requirements.
