The Upload Student Photos operation allows the school to upload pictures in a single pass for students. Choose to load all pictures at once, a grade at-a-time, or for a select range of students.

Use the menu and go to Biographical > Operations > Upload Student Photos or use the search function found in the My Dashboard area.
If in a multi-school database, select the school to upload photos.
The following window opens:
Click Select Photos and navigate to the folder with the student photos on your local computer. Select the photos to upload.
The Clear and Upload functions are displayed below the list of student photos selected. Depending on the number of photos selected, either scroll down or click the End button on your keyboard.
Click Clear to remove the selected photos.
Click Upload to process the selected photos.
After processing is complete, if there were any photos with incorrect student ID numbers, a message similar to the one below displays. Print the error log for a list of photos that may need to be fixed.
If all photos are successfully uploaded the following message displays.
The student photos are now available throughout Vision SIS in the following areas: Student Profile, Family Engagement, Student Profile in the Teacher’s Summary Grid and Attendance by Chart.
