Log in to MMS through the SSO page.
Click on the Grades tile. The following window opens:
When performing these operations, you can use the navigation options available within each area instead of returning to this main screen.

Compute Term & Semester Averages
Use this job to calculate average grades such as Semester 1 Average, Semester 2 Average, or Final Average based on the rules set in the Admin Portal’s Grade Book Configure Averages - General Rules and Configure Averages - Weighting. How to compute Grade Averages
Compute Honor Roll
Use this operation to compute the Honor Roll status for each student based on the eligibility requirements for each honor roll level in the Edit Honor Roll Rules operation.
If Honor Roll status is to appear on report cards, run this operation before printing the report cards. The GPA calculator does not need to be run before using this operation. This operation has its own GPA calculator. How to compute Honor Roll Knowledge
This operation computes a student’s Grade Point Average (GPA). Prior to computing GPA, create GPA Categories to distinguish which types of GPA the school calculates. This operation computes the Class Rank for a range of students, generally for a specific year of graduation. The student with the highest GPA has the highest rank, the next highest GPA second, and so on. GPA must be calculated before running this operation.
