  1. Show Student Report Cards. If this option is selected and the Grade Reporting Configuration has a report card display setting, parents and student can view the standard Vision SIS report card. This option is dependent on each school configuring the needed settings outside of this operation. Add link to the configure family portal reports.

  2. Show Skills Report Cards. If this option is selected, parents and student can view the skills report card assigned to the student. This option is dependent on each school assigning the correct skills report card to each student and for each marking period, export the report card for the CR Family Portal. Add link to the configure family portal reports.

  3. Allow Student Mobile AccessIf this option is selected, students have access to the Vision Family Mobile app and can view their information, but not their sibling’s information. Students must first establish an account to the CR Family Portal and have an email address associated with that account. Students will use the email and the same password they use for the Family Portal, to log into Vision Family Mobile.
  4. Allow Student Email Editing. If this option is selected, a student with access to the Family Portal will be able to change their email address through Account Settings.

  5.  Allow Student Credentials Editing. If this option is selected, students will be able to change their password for logging into the Family Portal. This option should NOT be selected if the school is using LDAP authentication.

Note: Students with access to the Family Portal have permissions to edit the Student Phone Number field.
